Pregnancy Relaxation Classes

Everything Birth Baby Sleep Pregnancy Relaxation classes offer a weekly sanctuary of calm, providing an opportunity to carve out some time for self care, and unwind and connect with your baby and changing body.


You will learn to relax and let go of tension, and prepare for a positive and comfortable birth experience, while in a safe space to also discuss any concerns.


Sessions focus on your physical and emotional well-being as well as nurturing the growing bond between yourself and your baby by using visualisation and Hypnobirthing techniques plus gentle touch to connect with them on a deeper level. This can foster a sense of calm, love, and attachment, which will positively impact your baby's development and well-being as well as yours.

Everything Birth Baby Sleep's Pregnancy Relaxation Classes incorporate gentle breathing techniques, some time for light discussion around birth planning and preparation, plus beautiful guided meditations specifically designed for pregnancy, to end each session.


Classes are run over a 6 week block, on a Thursday evening from 6-7pm in a beautiful, tranquil cabin in High Wycombe, HP13 6BN.
