
Adult Sleep Workshops
I have developed a new workshop, ‘Rest Assured: Practical Tips for Better Sleep’, based on my years of experience working with babies and children.
The session is packed with information, advice and strategies for improving sleep in people of all ages.
My sleep workshop is a valuable addition to your employee wellbeing package, offering targeted support for various sleep challenges. It’s designed to assist parent employees navigating sleepless nights with young children, individuals experiencing stress or anxiety related insomnia, and those facing age-related declines in sleep quality.
Poor sleep has many causes, but its impact on daily productivity is undeniable. This workshop equips your team with the tools and strategies to improve sleep, boost energy levels, and enhance overall performance.
The session normally takes 1 hour, with a presentation lasting approximately 30-40 minutes and time for questions at the end. However it can also be shortened to fit into. a lunch break, should this be easier.
The workshop can be delivered in person or online, depending on location and what works best for your organisation.
The presentation covers:
· Sleep requirements
· Why adequate sleep is essential
· The impact of poor sleep on focus and concentration
· Sleep hygiene and bedtime routines (not just for babies!)
· Changes to sleep as we age
· The effects of screens and blue light on sleep
· Practical tips and strategies for helping to get better sleep
Attendees receive two pdf handouts - one with sleep tips and another detailing additional resources for further support.
The cost for this starts at £195 (dependent on location and whether in person or online) with no restrictions on the number of attendees.
