Service Description

Remote sleep advice for babies and young children aged from 0 - 4 years. This package includes; Sleep diary analysis 1 hour troubleshooting phone call Follow up email summarising suggestions made During the call we will explore the current sleep situation and then I can offer advice and suggestions on how to improve your baby/childs sleep in a gentle and respectful way, based on their age, needs and emotional stage and sleep history so far. A 30 minute follow up call is also available to book in addition (Cost £45)

Cancellation Policy

Unless under extenuating circumstances, full refunds are only possible if cancellation is made more than 7 days before the scheduled session. Cancellations between 4-7 days before the booked call will receive a 50% refund, unless you choose to reschedule to another date. Cancellations with 3 or less days notice before the visit are unfortunately not eligible for a refund, but every effort will be made to reschedule the appointment to a mutually convenient time. As much notice of cancellation (or rescheduling|) as possible would be appreciated, but it is understood that sometimes things happen that are unpredictable!
