Birth Fear/Trauma 3 Step Release

Service Description

The 3 Step Rewind Method is a gentle, safe and highly successful way of working with parents and other birth professionals to lift and release the heavy feelings and symptoms that can remain after a difficult or traumatic birth, post natal or breast feeding experience, or any other perinatal trauma, or fear of birth. It is easy to learn and naturally activates a person's own ability to heal themselves by enabling the experience to be detached from the feelings that reliving it elicits. It is important to note, that this process isn't therapy, but is a very gentle process of working through those feelings using deep relaxation and guided meditation. The trauma or fear doesn't have to be spoken about or verbalised, in order for the process to work, though opportunity to talk about the experience, should you wish, is provided. The simple but effective steps move someone through their past traumatic experience, through to understanding the current impact on their day to day life, before looking ahead to a future that they desire. The process can be facilitated in person, or over video call. For in person sessions, there may be additional travel costs dependent on location. Each of the 3 sessions last between 45 minutes and an hour. The cost to book this service covers all 3 sessions. Sessions can be set at a mutually convenient time and so don't need to be booked at the times only available on this website, please get in touch to discuss and book in your sessions.

Cancellation Policy

Unless under extenuating circumstances, full refunds are only possible if cancellation is made more than 7 days before the scheduled session. Cancellations between 4-7 days before the booked call will receive a 50% refund, unless you choose to reschedule to another date. Cancellations with 3 or less days notice before the visit are unfortunately not eligible for a refund, but every effort will be made to reschedule the appointment to a mutually convenient time. As much notice of cancellation (or rescheduling|) as possible would be appreciated, but it is understood that sometimes things happen that are unpredictable!
