New Baby Advice Call

Service Description

Bringing a new baby home can be overwhelming and full of questions and unknowns, at a time where everything is new and quite frankly a bit daunting! Have they had enough milk? Should they really feed this often? Why are they making that noise? Are they warm enough, or too cold? Should they be swaddled, or not? How will I know how long they should sleep, and are they sleeping too much? How can I get a gentle routine in place and when should I do this? It can be a minefield, especially when you are tired, and recovering from birth and adjusting to a new dynamic and all the well meaning advice from all angles can get too much! Or maybe you're not feeling how you expected to feel, or need reassurance that your baby's behaviour is normal, or guidance on whether you should seek additional support or medical opinion. This video/phone call will give you an opportunity to ask any questions you may have, gain valuable insight and tried and tested tips to help you transition into life as new parents (whether this is your first, second - or more! - baby) and help you to get to know and enjoy your new bundle of joy, by being more prepared for what is 'expected' of a newborn and how you can manage in the early weeks and months. Cancellation Policy

Unless under extenuating circumstances, full refunds are only possible if cancellation is made more than 7 days before the scheduled session. Cancellations between 4-7 days before the booked call will receive a 50% refund, unless you choose to reschedule to another date. Cancellations with 3 or less days notice before the visit are unfortunately not eligible for a refund, but every effort will be made to reschedule the appointment to a mutually convenient time. As much notice of cancellation (or rescheduling|) as possible would be appreciated, but it is understood that sometimes things happen that are unpredictable!
